Applied systems,
built by an operator.
Software, AI, and models for hard problems across defence and public sector, language and translation, and construction. Judged the only way that matters: whether it ships and holds up in the real world.
One Hubflow engine, a domain-specialized translation system, was evaluated by a Canadian federal agency at roughly twice the general-purpose baseline.
Systems that ship, that you can audit.
Applied systems
Domain-tuned language models and translation, computer vision for imagery and documents, anomaly detection over live data, and multi-modal fusion, plus the software and cost models that put them to work.
Built to be trusted
No black boxes. Outputs trace back to their evidence, scoring is calibrated, results are deterministic, and systems run on-prem or at the edge, so nothing leaves infrastructure you control.
Domain depth
Hubflow also runs a construction and development practice, so the systems are built by someone who understands the operations they have to fit.
Andre Castillo.
A builder and operator who designs, trains, and deploys systems end to end. Recent work: a federal-evaluated translation engine, computer-vision and document-intelligence tools (PlanMark, a 20,000+ document RAG assistant), anomaly detection over live feeds, and quote-grounded cost modeling and prefab delivery for construction.
That work sits on more than a decade in BC construction and development, across general-contractor, owner's-rep, and executive roles. The same person who designs the model runs the deployment.
